Before I get into the outfit, I left The Pink Door Salon in Garden Grove on Thursday with another huge smile after updating my hair. It’s lighter and ashier than I had it before. I wasn’t so concerned with it being a super natural ombré this time, and I’m happy with the new brightness this gave my hair. Now, on a laid-back day, there’s nothing cooler than a black tee and jeans. After getting off work yesterday, I picked up my little brother from school for him to stay the night. When we got back to my apartment, Michael and I decided to take him to the Packing District for grilled cheese from the Black Sheep. I wanted to be comfortable, and since it’s been so hot out, I wore this tank from Brandy Melville that has an open, flirty back. Jeans and these Topshop booties with special, gold details finished off the look. My Kendra Scott bracelet and a simple, gold necklace tied in the gold accents on the shoes. I was so in the mood to be comfortable that I didn’t even carry a bag. Sometimes, a minimal look is all you need when you’re starving and running to eat some good food.
