There’s a reason jumpsuits are called jumpsuits. If you ask me, they’re the ultimate woman’s equivalent to the man’s suit. That’s because dresses are, at their core, a reigning-true symbol of femininity. A jumpsuit, however, is sexy in that androgynous sort of way. It’s that masculine touch that gives you the option to wear one with a lower cut – like this velvet one by Tularosa. I opted to wear this outfit last month for a Masquerade-themed company Holiday party and felt perfectly dressed up in a room full of dresses. Patent shoes and my Grandmother’s vintage fur helped with that, also. The best part is that jumpsuits are killer on a casual day, too, so there’s really always an excuse to wear a onesie. Super cool and super comfortable: it’s a win win.
