Another day spent in my uniform of high waisted trousers, a large brim fedora, and flats: just the way I like it. While I wear this silhouette pretty often, it’s always fun to play with prints and colors like I did here. While I was (not surprisingly) tempted to wear black shoes with this outfit, it was fun to mix this print with bright red. Even if you’re wearing a bold pattern, it’s ok to add a pop of color if that print is in black and white. Gold accents on the shoes and this lariat necklace gave this look another dimension as well. This was a perfect getup for spending the day with my mom and sister; it was comfortable enough for lounging at lunch while still having a polished edge.
