When you’re trying to dress with a staple piece, like this faux leather, a-line skirt, it’s best to keep the rest to a minimum. For this look, it was perfect with just a simple white button down. For shoes, these Jeffrey Campbell Litas gave this just the right amount of edge. Some people don’t mix black and brown, but since both are neutrals, I love the mix of dimension. Simple jewelry topped it off. Gold added to the warmth of the skirt while the red earring was a needed pop of color.
