When Michael and I decided to drive to Laguna Beach for a day of exploring the streets, I wanted to wear something comfortable but charming. And so, this prepped out, sporty look was born. I’m always a huge fan of masculine touches, so this striped button up under a lightweight, elbow patch sweater made me feel right at home. Chucks were the perfect choice for a day of walking. While flats would look just as good, I opted for the sportier shoe to add interest to the top combination. To play off the neutral elbow patches, my Minkoff crossbody worked perfectly while still being functional. A smaller bag is always the right option for a day on the go. It was a perfect day of beach sitting and sunset watching while being practical and comfy.
