If I’m being honest, I’m not the most organized person in the world. It’s a war zone when I’m getting ready in the morning; clothes, shoes, and makeup are flying around and hiding for cover. So when my boyfriend brought home this antique storage rack from the early 1900s that had hooks and all, I was instantly inspired to whip my organization skills into shape for the New Year and beyond. Having this extra little section on the wall made it so easy to keep my bags together while having a cute place to display them. As for my jackets and hats that rarely find their way back into the closet right as I get home, I can throw them onto hooks and keep them off the bed. So while fully organizing my shoes and makeup are another story that I’ll tackle sometime soon, at least my bags, hats, and coats can rest pretty on their shelf.
