There’s always been a special place in my heart for decades past – since I was young, I’ve held a mysterious nostalgia for the lifestyle and aesthetic of the 60s and 70s. Recently, I’ve been doing all I can to incorporate this inspiration into my everyday life and there’s no better way of doing this than through fashion. The mini, straight-line cut of this dress and the lace-up detail at the neck screams 1972. I kept the theme going with my new gladiators. They’re self-tie and can be wrapped up the leg or kept low by the ankle, making them extremely versatile. To stay with the muted palette, my Minkoff crossbody pulled the look together. The mix of a short hem and bohemian details is the perfect way to fast track your look into vintage.
