Plaid and Leather

When it comes to work, it’s always nice to be able to throw on a few staple pieces without overthinking an outfit. This was just the case the other day when I woke up a little later than planned. Plaid flannels have always been a go-to of mine, and pairing this one with a leather jacket seemed natural. It’s been chilly lately, so adding layers is a perfect way to stay warm while not overdoing it. For finishing touches, topping the look off with my beat up combat boots amped up the grunge vibe. I pulled my hair into a slicked back pony, too. The plaid and the layers would have been too much with my mane in the way. A look like this is just effortlessly cool.
