Seeing Stripes

I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of button ups. They’re the perfect mix of menswear and feminine, especially when done in a lightweight fabric, like the silk in this striped Zara number. Buttoning it up all the way streamlined the shirt and gave it some quick edge. A simple silhouette was key with this one; the shirt had to be the main focus so the overall look didn’t come out too busy. These J-Brand skinnies and perfect, white Aldo pumps added just enough without taking away from the look as a whole.
