Black and white is always a win in my book.  I decided to make the focal point of this outfit the pants, so keeping everything else simple was the way to go.  Since I had an all white sweater up top, the black necklace was a must to balance out the dark booties and houndstooth pants.  Topping it off with a two-tone Kate Spade handbag really pulled this look together.
